All handmade wool felt products will be shipped from our studio within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation. For custom orders, the shipping time will be extended based on the complexity of the design, and typically 7-10 business days are required for production before shipment. We offer worldwide shipping services to deliver handcrafted works to pet lovers around the world.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping: Available for all countries/regions, with delivery times ranging from 10-20 business days depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided once the package is dispatched.
  • Express Shipping: An optional service for urgent orders, with delivery times of 3-7 business days to most major cities in Europe and America. Please contact customer service to inquire about express shipping fees before placing your order.
Packaging Instructions
To ensure your delicate wool felt products arrive in perfect condition, each item will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in a sturdy cardboard box with protective padding. Custom orders will be equipped with a special gift box and a handwritten card, making them ready for gifting upon arrival. We strive to minimize plastic usage in packaging to support environmental sustainability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country/region. You can view the exact shipping fee during the checkout process before completing your payment. Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country/region. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Order Tracking & Issue Handling
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to check the shipping status of your package. If you encounter any issues such as delivery delays, damaged items, or lost packages, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of shipment. We will promptly assist in resolving the problem and arrange for replacements of damaged handmade products when necessary.
