Participation Methods
- Steps for Existing Customers to Invite Friends:
- Check your historical order name (must match the name reserved when placing the order) and valid order number (completed orders within the past 12 months) in the "My Orders" section of your store account.
- Share your invitation information with friends and family, informing new customers to fill in the notes section with: Referrer's Name + Order Number (example: Referrer Anna Lee + Order Number WLF20230620015) when placing their order.
- Order Process for New Customers:
- Browse the store and select your favorite products, add them to the shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page.
- Accurately fill in the referrer's order name and order number in the "Order Notes" section.
- After completing payment, the system will automatically apply the discount, and the order amount will be calculated with a 30% discount directly.
- Discount Redemption Instructions:
- After the new customer's order is successfully paid, the existing customer's 30% discount will be issued to the store account within 3 working days, with a coupon code sent to the registered email address simultaneously.
- The existing customer's discount is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. It will automatically expire if not used within this period, so please pay attention to the validity period!
Program Rules
- Order Number Requirements: The order number provided by existing customers must be a valid completed order within the past 12 months. Trial products and limited-time flash sale orders are excluded.
- Invitation Limit: Each existing customer can invite a maximum of 5 new customers. For each successful referral, you will receive one 30% discount. Discounts can be accumulated and used (one discount per order).
- Order Threshold: There is no minimum order amount for new customers' first orders. Even small-sized wool felt pendants can enjoy the 30% discount. For custom products, the production cycle is calculated based on the discounted price, and the discount does not affect the order process.
- Refund Policy: If a new customer's order is fully refunded, the corresponding discount for the existing customer will be automatically revoked. If the discount has already been used, the corresponding discount amount will be deducted from the subsequent refund.
